Promoted to Program Assistant III (Slate System Administrator) in December 2020 due to increased responsibilities and training within the CRM Slate
Responsible for implementation of new Customer Relations Management (CRM) system – Slate – for Gonzaga University School of Law
Provides Slate training for all necessary law school employees
Manages the CRM Slate’s design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for the entire law school
Manages the Admissions process operations and supervises the communication plan for the Admissions office, including communication with prospective, applied, and admitted students
Plans, manages registration for, and attends special recruitment events such as prospective and admitted student open house events
Responsible for complex electronic imports and exports of electronic data using Admissions Communication Exchange Service (ACES2) via the Law School Admissions Council
Responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and ensuring data accuracy of complex database systems including: Slate, ACES2, Mongoose (Cadence), and Banner
Supervises and directs the daily work of work study employees and oversees basic office functions, such as answering phones, directing calls, greeting guests, and manages the admissions office calendar
Generates weekly status reports for Financial Aid Services and Registrar’s Office
Provides administrative support for the Interim Director of Admissions
Recruits prospective students at graduate and law school fairs around the nation
Manages print material for Admissions, including project managing the Marketing department creation of recruitment and acceptance materials and printing of these materials
